Dough tempature 25℃
Bulk fermentation  60min.
Scale 60g
intermediate proof 30min

Make up

  mold into rolls
Final Fermentation 50min. 30℃  80%R.H.

Baking

Before Baking Brush with Sunset Glaze EC
Oven Temperture 200/180℃
Baking Time 15min.
After Baking coating Coverlux White. And topping with Carat Shaving Dark
