Salted Egg Mousse |
Boil cream and milk, pour the mixture into egg yolk and sugar. Mix well Sprinkle salted egg on the mixture. Bake at 150˚C for 18 – 20 minutes depend on size. |

Chocolate Mousse |
Boil sugar and water together, pour the mixture into egg yolk and stir well. Cook mixture to 82˚C. Add in chocolate and stir the chocolate until completely melt. Soak the gelatin powder first. Whip up the whipping cream and fold into mixture. Fold in gelatin into mixture in last. |
