  1.  Scone Dough (Tegral Satin Crème Cake Vanilla)

WORKING METHOD

  1. Warm milk 60C
  2. In mixer mix all ingredients together for 1 minute only
  3. Finish to knead by hand
  4. Roll out 1 inch
  5. Cut with round cutter
  6. Bake 175C for 15 minutes.
