Working Method

Strawberry Sponge
  • In mixing bowl mix tg Satin, powder strawberry, water, egg and SP for 1mm slow speed.
  • High speed for 6mm then add melted butter.
  • Spread on tray 30x40cm
  • Bake 12m 210⁰c – 190⁰c

Strawberry jelly
  • Make the crème anglaise and pour it into chocolates, mix with hand mixer until smooth.
  • When temperature is 38⁰c incorporate soft pick whipping creams.
