  • Put into a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment and beat until the mixture becomes sandy. Add the egg until it forms a lump.
  • Then wrap the cookie dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll it out into a 3mm thick sheet. Refrigerate and press.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 11-12 minutes.
  • Decorate as desired.
