Working Method

Satin Biscuit
  • Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Pour in baking tray
  • Bake 180⁰c in ventilated oven for 12m

Light cream berry
  • Whipped cream with milk and raspberry puree
  • Add slowly hot gelatin mass.
  • Spread cream immediately on biscuit

  • Pipe on top of biscuit very thin layer 

Vanilla Cream
  • Whipped creams with vanilla seeds at soft pick.
