Cookie dough
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Form cookies in square mold
  • Keep cold
  • Bake 160⁰c 15mm

Shortcrust chocolate
  • In mixing bowl put butter, salt and icing sugar
  • Add eggs mix well
  • Add flour and TG Satin chocolate.
  • Mix until combine.
  • Spread dough between 2 sheets of paper.
  • Freeze. Cut at size

Chocolate Dipping
  • Temper chocolate at 31⁰c
  • Dip cookies
